Finn brought the bottle of vodka to his mouth as Teagan talked and left it there without taking a drink as he silently compared their situations. She came out the winner hands down which, in this case, was not a good thing. He’d lost a girlfriend and a child that wasn’t even his to being with, She’d lost her family and her girlfriend… who was also family. Finn couldn’t even begin wrap his head around what that must be like.
But while Teagan’s life may be more fucked up than his own, but his wasn’t perfect either so he tipped the vodka up and filled his mouth with the clear liquor, then wiped his mouth with the back of his hand before returning her small grin with a slightly lopsided one of his own.
